الخلاصة
- رحلة مجّاني، ولا شيء فيه للبيع — لا اشتراك ولا مشتريات داخل التطبيق.
- ما تكتبه في رحلة ملكك أنت. لا ندّعي ملكيّته ولا نقرؤه لتدريب نماذج.
- التطبيق قيد التطوير، وقد يتغيّر أو ينقطع أو يفقد ميزة. هذه هي حالته الحقيقية اليوم.
- رحلة مرآة، لا مستشاراً مهنيّاً. ليس نصيحة طبيّة ولا نفسيّة ولا ماليّة.
- يمكنك إنهاء كل شيء متى شئت: صفحة حذف الحساب.
باستخدامك رحلة
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين رحلة. باستخدامك التطبيق أو هذا الموقع فأنت توافق عليها. إن لم توافق، فلا تستخدمه — وإن كنت قد بدأت، فالحذف متاح لك في أي لحظة دون أن تشرح لنا سببًا.
الحساب والعمر
يحتاج رحلة إلى حساب — بالبريد وكلمة مرور أو عبر Google — لأن بياناتك تُزامَن بين أجهزتك وتنجو إن فقدت هاتفك. لا يوجد مسار «ضيف».
رحلة غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عامًا. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على كلمة مرورك، وعمّا يجري في حسابك.
الكلفة
رحلة مجّاني اليوم، ولا يحتوي على مشتريات داخل التطبيق ولا اشتراكات ولا إعلانات — لا يوجد في التطبيق أي نظام دفع أصلًا. إن تغيّر ذلك يومًا، تتغيّر هذه الصفحة معه قبل أن يُطلب منك شيء، لا بعده.
محتواك لك
مهامك وأهدافك وملاحظاتك وتلخيصاتك وكل ما تكتبه يبقى ملكك. لا نطالب بأي حقّ فيه، ولا نستخدمه لتدريب نماذج، ولا نبيعه. نحتفظ به ونعالجه لغرض واحد: أن يعمل التطبيق لك — وتفاصيل ذلك كاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي — بمفتاحك أنت
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في رحلة (ومنها «المدرّب») متوقّفة تمامًا حتى تختار مزوّدًا وتضيف مفتاحه بنفسك. المزوّدون المتاحون اليوم: OpenRouter، وOpenAI، وAnthropic، وGoogle Gemini، أو أي خادم متوافق مع OpenAI تحدّد عنوانه بنفسك — وهذا الأخير هو مسار النماذج المحليّة (Ollama وLM Studio وllama.cpp)، وفيه قد لا يغادر شيء جهازك إطلاقًا.
حين تشغّلها، يذهب ما تُرسله إلى المزوّد الذي اخترته أنت، تحت شروطه هو وسياسة خصوصيّته هو، لا شروطنا. علاقتك به علاقتك، وكلفتها عليك. مفتاحك يُحفظ في المخزن المُعمّى لجهازك ولا يصل خادمنا أبدًا. تفصيل ما يُرسَل، حقلًا بحقل، في سياسة الخصوصية.
مخرجات النماذج قد تكون خاطئة. في رحلة قائمة عبارات محظورة ترفض الردّ الذي يَعِد أو يصطنع يقينًا، لكنّها مُرشِّح على الصياغة لا مدقّق للحقائق — لا تجعل الجواب صحيحًا. تعامل مع ما يقوله النموذج كرأي يُراجَع، لا كخلاصة.
رحلة ليست نصيحة مهنيّة
الدرجات والتوقّعات والملاحظات في رحلة — صحّة النظام، وأفق الأهداف، وما «لاحظه» التطبيق — كلّها حساب على بياناتك أنت، لا رأي خبير. رحلة ليس نصيحة طبيّة ولا نفسيّة ولا ماليّة ولا قانونيّة، ولا يُغني عن مختصّ. إن كان قرارك يستحقّ مختصًّا، فاستشره.
الاستخدام المقبول
- لا تستخدم رحلة لما يخالف القانون، ولا لإيذاء غيرك.
- لا تحاول اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو الوصول إلى بيانات حساب ليس حسابك.
- لا تُعِد بيع الخدمة أو تُشغّلها آليًا بما يُثقل الخادم على حساب غيرك.
قد نوقف حسابًا يفعل ذلك. وفي غير حالات الإساءة الواضحة، نراسلك أولًا.
الخدمة قيد التطوير
رحلة برنامج قيد التطوير ولم يُطلَق بعد. قد تتغيّر الميزات أو تُزال، وقد تنقطع المزامنة، وقد تحدث أعطال. نبذل ما نستطيع، لكنّنا لا نَعِد بجاهزيّة دائمة ولا بخلوّ البرنامج من الخلل. أنت مسؤول عن نسخك الاحتياطيّة المهمّة.
حدود المسؤوليّة
يُقدَّم رحلة «كما هو». إلى المدى الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤوليّة الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعيّة، ولا فوات فرصة أو ربح، ولا فقدان بيانات لم تحتفظ بنسخة منها. لا شيء هنا يُسقط حقًّا لا يجيز القانون إسقاطه.
الإنهاء
يمكنك إنهاء الاتفاق متى شئت بحذف حسابك، من داخل التطبيق أو من هذه الصفحة. تبدأ مهلة ١٤ يومًا يُلغى الطلب خلالها بمجرّد تسجيل دخولك مرة أخرى، ثم يُحذف كل شيء نهائيًّا.
تغيير هذه الشروط
إن تغيّر التطبيق تغيّرت هذه الصفحة معه، ويُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. الصفحة مكتوبة من الشيفرة، فإن خالفتها الشيفرة يومًا فالصفحة هي الخطأ ويجب أن تُصحَّح.

- Rihla is free, and there is nothing to buy — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
- What you write in Rihla is yours. We claim no ownership of it and do not read it to train models.
- The app is in development. It may change, break, or lose a feature. That is its real state today.
- Rihla is a mirror, not a professional. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice.
- You can end all of it whenever you like: account deletion.
Using Rihla
These terms are an agreement between you and Rihla. By using the app or this site, you accept them. If you do not, do not use it — and if you have already started, deletion is available to you at any moment, without explaining yourself to us.
Your account and your age
Rihla needs an account — email and password, or Google — because your data syncs across your devices and survives a lost phone. There is no guest path.
Rihla is not directed to anyone under 13. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account.
What it costs
Rihla is free today. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising — there is no payment system in the app at all. If that ever changes, this page changes with it before you are asked for anything, not after.
Your content stays yours
Your tasks, goals, notes, debriefs, and everything else you write remain yours. We claim no rights in them, do not use them to train models, and do not sell them. We store and process them for one purpose — to make the app work for you — and the full detail is in the privacy policy.
AI features run on your own key
Rihla's AI features, including the Coach, are completely off until you choose a provider and add your own key for it. The providers available today are OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible server whose address you supply yourself — that last one is the local-model path (Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp), where nothing need leave your device at all.
When you turn it on, what you send goes to the provider you chose, under their terms and their privacy policy, not ours. That relationship is yours, and so is its cost. Your key is held in your device's encrypted storage and never reaches our server. What is sent, field by field, is listed in the privacy policy.
Model output can be wrong. Rihla runs a forbidden-phrase list that rejects a reply making promises or manufacturing certainty, but that is a filter on phrasing, not a fact-checker — it does not make an answer correct. Treat what a model tells you as something to check, not a conclusion.
Rihla is not professional advice
The scores, outlooks, and observations in Rihla — OS Health, a goal's outlook, what the app has “noticed” — are arithmetic on your own data, not an expert opinion. Rihla is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice and is no substitute for a professional. If a decision warrants one, consult one.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Rihla for anything unlawful, or to harm anyone.
- Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or to reach data belonging to an account that is not yours.
- Do not resell the service or automate against it in a way that loads the server at other people's expense.
We may suspend an account doing these things. Short of clear abuse, we will write to you first.
The service is in development
Rihla is pre-release software. Features may change or be removed, sync may be interrupted, and things may break. We do what we can, but we do not promise continuous availability or software free of defects. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Limits of liability
Rihla is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for lost opportunity or profit, or for data you kept no copy of. Nothing here waives a right the law does not permit to be waived.
Ending it
You can end this agreement whenever you like by deleting your account, from inside the app or from this page. A 14-day window begins, during which signing back in cancels it; after that, everything is permanently deleted.
Changes to these terms
When the app changes, this page changes with it and the “last updated” date above moves. This page is written from the code — so if the code ever contradicts it, this page is the thing that is wrong, and it gets corrected.
