08Systems

Eight systems, not eight features.

Every system here reads from the same source: what you recorded. None of them invents an input you never gave, and none of them hides that it doesn’t know.

01Peak window

Your measured hour, not an assumed one

The window starts from your onboarding answer, then corrects itself against your real sessions. If the hour isn’t known yet, no nudge fires — inventing a time is worse than saying nothing.

02Deep focus

Named kinds of time

Deep focus, rest, or admin — and only deep counts toward deep minutes. The lengths on offer are fixed and known, with forty-five minutes as the default.

03OS Health

Five sub-scores, and an average that may be empty

Focus, consistency, energy, goal alignment, life balance. The composite is unweighted, stays unavailable below two available sub-scores, and leaves out anything still building rather than scoring it zero.

There is no “+12% this week” anywhere in the app. Trend is a delta against last week’s snapshot, or nothing at all.

04What Rihla noticed

Observations, only when something backs them

At most three short lines built on real repetition in your own data: a life area untouched for weeks, or sessions that always break at the same hour. With no pattern, the card stays silent.

05Life simulation

A band, weeks, then the bottleneck

You ask what happens if this goal gets one more hour a week. You get a band, a number of weeks, and the first bottleneck responsible — in a stated order, and the same answer twice.

Goals with no deadline, and goals without enough history behind them, are not simulated — the output would be a guess with no input.

06Decisions

Five angles, a reflection at the end

Impact, effort, time, risk, alignment. Alignment is not “a goal you wrote” — it derives from your life balance, so a choice serving a neglected area scores higher.

Thin input
Stops the output instead of padding it
Unbound
Reads “Not set”
07Reviews

Four cadences, each with a stated time-box

Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly. Each opens by telling you how long it should take — about five minutes for the day, about twenty for the week — and the weekly one starts from numbers that are already computed, so you are only asked to tell the truth about them.

08The coach

Off until you bring your own key

The coach does nothing until you pick a provider and paste your own key, which is stored on your device. Turn it on and your block titles, written intentions, open task and goal names and debrief text go to the provider you chose — OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or a server you run yourself — under their policy, not ours. Listed field by field in our privacy policy, because that is the trade and you should get to refuse it.

This list grows slowly, on purpose.

Every new system has to read from data that already exists, and know how to say: not enough signal yet.
